What to expect


Step 1

Fill out the online form (above). Make sure to include your phone number or email address so we can get in touch with you.


Step 2

A member of our Employment Services team will contact you within one business day (Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)


Step 3

Discuss what you’re looking for. A first job, career change, starting over after being laid off, help with your resume, job search, or interviews.
If you don’t know where to start, we can help with that too.


Step 4

Your personal Employment Case Manager will be in touch within 48 hours. Tell them about your employment history, qualifications, education, volunteer experience, skills.


Step 5

Work with your case manager to develop an action plan to find your job. Take advantage of our free resources to build your skills and search available jobs.


Step 6

Go to work. Congratulations!
